- Bids will be ranked by the date and time listed on the emails.
- The website will be updated at least 3 times/day until the day of the Fall Fest.
- No email bids will be accepted after noon on October 16th. Bidding will resume at the Fall Fest.
- If no bid is made at the Fall Fest that is higher than the final online bid, the person with the final online bid will be contacted about his/her winning bid.
- You do not need to be in attendance at the Fall Fest to participate in the online bid.

Everyone is invited to attend our 3rd annual Fall Fest where we will be celebrating our FIFTH year of supporting those in need in our community! We encourage you to download the invitation and RSVP card (to the right), and mail in the RSVP card in as soon as possible! We hope to have a great time at the event! There will be dinner, dancing, games, and raffle and silent auction prizes.

Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance and you do not need to be in attendance to participate in the raffle (see below for tickets and prize descriptions). We have some GREAT items this year - so please consider buying some tickets and giving it a shot! Remember - someone WILL be the winner - it could just be you! Bidding takes place for silent auction prizes at the event itself - but some will also be available for an online prebid (see below).
